Sara Bastin

Meet the team:

(BCBA #1-22-60630)

Sara’s journey into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) began in a day program supporting adults with diverse abilities, where she first discovered her passion for helping individuals thrive through behavior analysis. While pursuing her master's degree at Endicott College, she expanded her expertise by working with children of all ages with autism, providing in-home services and deepening her understanding of ABA’s impact.

Before relocating to Germany, Sara worked with both children and adults with autism at a leading Boston hospital. In this role, she supported families during appointments, connected them with essential community resources, and trained medical professionals on delivering the highest standard of care to patients with autism.

Sara’s commitment to the field is deeply personal. Growing up with a brother who has Angelman Syndrome, she has always been driven to advocate for individuals and families facing challenges. She is passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive environment where families feel understood and their children receive the best care possible. Additionally, Sara is a strong advocate for providing ongoing support to individuals with autism throughout their lives, recognizing the critical need for resources and attention for adults as well as children.
