Janina joined the adaptABILITY team in May 2021 and earned her RBT certification in August 2021. She is a native of the area, currently residing in Langwieden with her family. She is able to provide services in both English and German. Her language expertise has been a crucial part in working with one of our BCBAs in educating local German kindergartens about the benefits of Applied Behavior Analysis. When she began working here, Autism and ABA were new to her, but she was very passionate about it and her skill set grew tremendously. One of her favorite parts of the workday is watching the clients running to the center, looking forward to having fun with their therapist, and enjoying their time at the center. It is amazing to see them develop new skills all while having fun. She is inspired by all of her colleagues- she learns from them and loves being a part of such a strong team. Outside of work, Janina prefers to be in nature. She loves hiking and taking day trips with her family. She hopes to continue to spread the benefit of ABA to children in this community.
