Beatrice Meshuko
Meet the team:
(RBT-21-184298)
Beatrice Meshuko has been making a meaningful impact as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) since 2021. She is deeply committed to supporting children on the autism spectrum and advocating for inclusivity in her community. Whether engaging in conversations with individuals in wheelchairs, checking in on a senior’s day, or ensuring everyone feels included, Beatrice actively fosters a culture of connection and belonging in everyday interactions.
Her passion for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is driven by a personal mission—to help children experience a more enriching and supportive childhood than her own. She firmly believes in the power of small, intentional actions to create lasting change, shaping the world one life at a time.
Beyond her professional role, Beatrice is deeply interested in mental health and finds solace in cloud watching, nature walks, and the soothing presence of flowing rivers. She is dedicated to helping children on the spectrum understand their world, express their needs, and build independence, while also educating their peers on empathy and inclusion.
Beatrice takes a child-centered approach, discovering her clients' interests and using them as motivation to develop essential life skills. She relocated to Germany to deepen her ABA expertise and pursue in-person supervision for her Qualified Autism Provider – Supervisor (QAP-S) certification. In October 2024, she successfully completed the BCaBA course sequence at the University of West Florida and is preparing to sit for the QAP-S exam by mid-2025. She is currently expanding her expertise in the Skills-Based Treatment (SBT) program* and the management of severe problem behaviors.
